I've been communicating directly with Chris O’Rourke at Intuit's Office of the President about having QuickBooks Online Payroll export QIF files that can be brought into Quicken. We had that capability with Intuit Online Payroll which is being retired.

Thanks
The bottom line is that Intuit was not truthful when they told us that Quickbooks Online Payroll could do everything we could do in Intuit Online Payroll. It cannot.
I've been back and forth with the Office of the President. Ultimately it does not appear that Intuit intends to find a solution for us. They have suggested using a third party converter. I have not found any. Then we could buy a much more expensive desktop version (you can get a month to try it for free - then what???). But to buy their more expensive software that we don't need, simply to solve a problem Intuit created... That's a bad solution.
At the end of all of this - we have just been screwed over by Intuit.
Yeah I just sent an email, FWIW. I've been unhappy for a long time with Intuit's (lack of useful) support. It's time to move on, I guess. No CSR replying on this thread has given a truly straight answer, and/or has given (imo) a misleading answer to everyone. VERY disappointing.
I agree, it is time for a class action lawsuit.
I still don't have my e-services turned on and I migrated over on march 16. They told me it can take up to 21 business days. I hope you have better luck than I have had. The should have never migrated us over until all the bugs were worked out.
