Quickbooks Payroll Elite Service

Beware... The payroll Elite service is not what they say. Do not use this service.

On March 10th of 2022, our company,  purchased your QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite Program. I spoke with a sales representative and were told, “we’d have our own White Glove Expert setup”, for our payroll. I went with your product, as I was very nervous about our taxes, payroll being off and was assured, your set-up handles all of that in the most professional way.

Everything that we were promised, with signing up with your Payroll Elite Program, was a totally different experience and service than what was promised.  I cannot tell you how dissatisfied I am with your Payroll Services. It has been a nightmare of an experience.

We did not receive Expert setup, which then messed up our taxes on QuickBooks.

We did not receive Tax Penalty Protection

We did not receive a Personal HR advisor

We did not receive proper 24/7 expert product support.

I called countless times for help. I used every method I could find to get the proper help for our payroll set up. No one could help me. I was told I needed to input all our back payroll and it was my job. That was it, that is all I got. When I put all the info in, and realized numbers were off. I was told to put everything on a spread sheet, it would be sent to the specialty unit and it would take 40-60 days to fix. We’ll I sent this back in March 28,2022 and I have not heard from one person.

It has really been a nightmare and I advise those that are thinking of signing up to go to another payroll provider. 

We sure are.

 

 

I was bounced around from department to department, with no HELP in sight. I finally stopped calling, as I was getting nowhere and it was apparent to me, that your services are a fraud. A process that was supposed to be easy and professional, turned out to be false advertisement.

 

It’s very disturbing that you feel okay with treating people this way. Payroll is one of the most important processes to do properly in a business. People put their trust in you for no discrepancies or mistakes with our setting up employees, and most importantly our taxes to the Federal and State Agencies.  People put their trust in your service, and you don’t care. I don’t know how you sleep at night.  I wrote a letter to Headquarters and never heard back.

Quickbooks Payroll Elite Service

Almost a year later and we are having the exact same experience. My Office Manager has spent over 6 hours a day for the past 4 days trying to find ANYONE who can help with the most basic payroll setup questions. She's been hung up on, and spoken with no less than 6 'Elite' representatives. 

 

How is it that no one knows how to handle 401K payroll liabilities?? The payroll was mapped incorrectly and is not showing up in the register. 

 

There is no communication between desktop and online support, meaning there is virtually NO WAY the transition can go smoothly. 

 

Disappointed does not begin to describe how we're feeling about moving to QB Online.

I know your Office Manager has been contacting our Payroll Support Team many times, however, I recommend contacting them again. They have tools that can check the mapping of your payroll to ensure that it will show up correctly in your bank register.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
