I just updated my desktop to quickbooks premier pro 2022 desktop, I tried to processes quarterly payroll tax forms, and had to manually enter the data, not tracking tax payments on Oregon OQ and Feb 941

I'll share a couple of ways to help you fix the tax tracking issue for your payroll taxes in QuickBooks.
Aside from updating your QuickBooks Desktop program, you'll also want to make sure to get the latest payroll tax updates. This ensures that all payroll-related implementations are properly installed and patched in QuickBooks.
Simply click the Employees menu, then select Get Payroll Updates. Follow the prompts and install the latest tax updates.
The payroll item account mapping can often prevent you from tracking those tax payments properly. In this case, you'll want to double-check the account mapping in your Payroll Items List and change it to the correct accounts:
You would also want to check and correct the account mapping for Oregon's state taxes.
After correcting the mapping, do you need to review your payroll-related data in QuickBooks? You can run a payroll summary report to see the information.

If this helps it's Case:1579178979, I only work in that office once per week, on Fridays, and I will be out of town for the next two weeks. As soon as I can I will try looking at the payroll list, and the payroll items associated with 941 and Oregon OQ. I already did the payroll update, several times, hoping it would work. I can not believe that non of the customer service reps , who had access to my computer, did not take a look at this list. I can try and see if it's not tracking correctly, but I do book work, not computer software work. I use quickbooks, I dont program, or set up quickbooks.
If this is the problem how did the tracking get messed up, all I did was upgrade because my old version was about to expire.
