Hi @arrangeCARE,
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Allow me to step in and share some information about the payroll problem in QuickBooks.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing last week that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account within the scheduled paycheck date.
Since your employees did not receive the payroll, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. This way, they'll be able to further check the issue and provide the necessary actions as quickly as possible.
Here's how you can reach them:
Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).
You can also check the articles for more details about direct deposit, like the funding time or how to increase the direct deposit limit in QuickBooks: View or change your direct deposit funding time.
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
