Reimbursment System to integrate QuickBooks

Hi,

 

 

I´m looking for an option to automatize the reimbursement process.  Does anyone know a good system for reimbursements and can be linked to QuickBooks?

I can certainly understand how an ability to automate your reimbursement process could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

 

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the top menu bar, go to Help, Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion....
  2. Choose a Type of Feedback and Product Area (optional) from your available drop-down menus.
  3. Enter any suggestions/feedback in the Here is my suggestion: field.
  4. If you'd like, include your name/email in the My name is: (optional) and My e-mail address is: (optional) fields.
  5. Select Send Feedback.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online, your steps for submitting feedback will be a bit different.

 

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.

 

You also have the option of checking our QuickBooks App Store for apps which may be able to help you achieve what you're looking to do.

 

For the time being, you can reimburse employees by manually creating a reimbursement item and using it while running payroll.

Reimbursment System to integrate QuickBooks

You can signup for a separate Melio account for free, integrate it with QBO and utilize it for reimbursing your employees as legitimate business expenses. So whether it's for flights or filling the fridge, you can use it to reimburse your employee quickly and easily. You will choose the payment method you prefer - ACH bank transfer or debit card (2.9% fee). Then your employee can choose how they’d like to receive the payment: via paper check ($1.50 fee) or ACH bank transfer (free). They don’t even need a Melio account to accept it.
