Resolving a 941 overpayment

I just got done spending OVER an hour on chat trying to resolve a 941 overpayment.  I wanted that overpayment refunded b/c it was the result of a 941 payment being made and then a subsequent deleting of a half-dozen paychecks that were created erroneously.  After the representative spent over an hour of my time going back and forth with a dozen or more questions, that representative ended the chat WITHOUT any resolution whatsoever.....more than likely b/c he couldn't figure out what to do.

There MUST be a selection of "refund" in addition to the "apply to a future period" in the Resolve Overpayment area and there is only one selection and that is the "apply to a future period".

Again, QBO wasted so much of my time and had I been able to choose that refund selection myself, I could have had this issue resolved in a minute instead of NO resolution after a good hour and a half when it was all said and done.

Resolving a 941 overpayment

We didn't resolve it.  We gave up after 1 1/2 on the chat with no results.  You need to have the refund selection when you click resolve overpayment for the 941.  This would solve everything.  You people need to straighten this out.
