Run payroll button not working

I know how important it is to make sure your staff employees their paychecks on time. Let me shed some light on why the Run payroll button is not working properly.

 

The issue you're experiencing has already been reported to our engineers. They're diligently working to get the feature functioning back to normal as soon as possible.  

 

We encourage all impacted users to reach out to our Payroll Support Team and sign up for the notification list. By doing so, you'll receive timely email updates and an alternate method to run payroll. This will also keep you in the loop on the progress of the investigation, including the permanent solution. 

 

To obtain the support information: 

 

  1. In your company, head to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar, like unable to run payroll.
  3. Press the Get help from a human link to see more options.
  4. In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat to initiate a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
