Sometimes when I set up payments under Payroll/Contractors, QB will not allow me to pay them on days past "tomorrow". I do payroll on Monday, it won't let me pay on thurs

You'll have to submit your direct deposit payroll at 5 PM PST 2 days before the pay date. This means you'll have to run the payroll on Monday before 5 PM PST if the pay date is on Thursday. You can read through this article to learn more: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?

I am trying to submit a payment now for payout on Thursday. It will not allow me to do that, or any other day in the following month of July.
