It appears this problem was fixed with the update last week. I am grateful that Intuit fixed the problem, however I feel QBDT 2022 should have never been released with this error.
I had to manually update Quickbooks this morning to get this fix. After manually updating and rebooting Quickbooks the pins and passwords were there.
Only one computer in our whole practice is having this issue. That seems very odd to me. It also happened after updating to 2022.

I want to make sure your tax payment password issue gets resolved.
It's possible that the Remember My Information for next Time option isn't checked that's why QuickBooks isn't saving your EFTPS password. You'll want to ensure the box is checked when making tax payments.
However, if you encounter the same issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed. You might want to run a payroll summary report on QuickBooks Desktop. This will help you view your payroll totals, including employee taxes and contributions.
