UI tax rate change

Welcome, @Ralph7797 and thank you for coming to the QuickBooks Community for assistance. I have some insight on Updating your UI rate to pass along.

In order to get that updated, please email a copy of the Tax notice your client received with their new rates to Taxnoticeresolution@intuit.com.

This is not an email to ask questions, obtain status updates, etc. It is to send in a copy of a tax notice you received from an agency.

Accepted document types that customers can email are: PDF, JPEG, PNG, Word, Excel, Outlook MSG.

This email goes directly to the Tax notice team who will work to get that updated. You should receive a confirmation receipt within 3-5 business days.

Once the Tax notice has been emailed in there is no additional action needed by you.
