Intuit sent us W2s which are horizontal, 4-up to the page; and SSA confirms this is what they want. But this is not supported by Quickbooks Desktop 2019 (QB Enhanced Payroll for Accountants). Despite three calls of length varying from 1-3 hours, I cannot get anyone to confirm that there is an update coming that will support the 4-up forms. Any word on this?
Yes, you can print the W-2 form on a plain paper and must provide the W-2 filling instruction to your employee. Please make sure that you have the latest tax table before printing the form.
