Anyone else getting this error when they process payroll in QBO? Payroll processes fine but the message won't go away.

I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate this. Start by logging in to your QBO account using an incognito page. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:
If the message is gone, then you'll need to clear your regular browser cache. This helps resolve any unusual browser problem.
If the issue continues, use another compatible browser.

Since you're still encountering the same error, I recommend contacting our Support Team. From there, you can request for a screen sharing session to further investigate the root cause of this issue. This way, we can determine the best solution to resolve this so you can process paychecks.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Help menu, and select Search.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern about the incorrect address.
4. Tap Continue.
Once everything is settled, you can now create and run your payroll in the program.
