I went through our records to see if there's any reported issue similar to yours. However, I haven't found an open investigation about it.
It could be that we haven't ticked Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online box when setting up a new employee in QuickBooks. If so, we can open the employee's details and double-check if we have invited them successfully.

On the other hand, if you've sent them an invitation. Let's try inviting your new employee again by following the steps below. It may seem additional effort on your part, but it’s important to figure out if they can't really get the email from us, or this is something that we'll have to investigate. Here's how:
- Go to Payroll on the left panel.
- In the Employees tab, click the Invite to Workforce button.
- Locate the name of your new employee. As long as you've added them already, their name will show up on the lists.
- Make sure to tick the employee's name. Tip: Under their name, you'll see (Invite Sent) if you've sent an invitation.
- Then, click Send Invitations to resend it.
