Another option I thought of after posting my first answer it to print the employee's pay stubs for the year. You can do this as a batch by starting at File | Print Forms | Pay Stubs.
Then enter the date range and pick the employee's name and you'll have a list of all their pay stubs. You can then print them all by clicking Print.
You don't need to create 52 reports.
Instead you can filter the Payroll Summary report for one employee's name using the Name filter and then show columns by Week instead of the default Employee.
Another more compact report is the Employee Journal by Check report found in the Summarize Payroll in Excel feature. You can filter it for one employee as well.
Your first answer did help me but I would like to find the second but can not find the one under employee journal. Under excel it ask for smart card?
I don't know what you mean by a smart card?
To access the second report, start at Reports | Employees & Payroll | Summarize Payroll Data in Excel.

Maybe my excel program is not unto date as when I cancel smart card request the different year excel comes up and ask me to allow micros but when I do only ask for date not range thanks
The Summarize Payroll in Excel feature always asks for a date range.
