I wish that if your not going to reply to these 45 pages of the same issue, that you would post that you are aware of the situation and have all hands on deck working to resolve the issue and as soon as you have something to tell us, you will post further....VERY Frustrating not getting any kind of response!

Thank you for the comment. Clients appreciate communication - a formal acknowledgement that QB knows there is a problem and is working on it - relative to east-coast time appreciated - that’s 4 AM west-coast time. Visualize your perception of this situation as an employer - shut downs of all forms of QB support contact and no announcements of status until 6 hours after your employees have been asking you status and you will better understand clients’ situation on 4/30/21 and hopefully consider an earlier communication response in future.
