Where are my past 941 forms?

If you’re able to store a copy of the past 941 forms, let’s go to the Archive section to access them. I’ll guide you through the process.

1. Tap the Taxes on the left menu to select Payroll Tax.
2. On the Payroll Tax Center page, click the View and Print Archived forms link under the Quarterly Forms.
   
3. Pick Quarterly Tax Form from the drop-down.
4. Click the 941 link to view more details.
5. Hit the View button to print the tax return.
6. Press the Printer icon to get a copy.

However, if you’re unable to see the tax returns, I recommend you get in touch with our Payroll Support Team. They have extra tools to help retrieve your 941 forms.

1. Choose the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
2. From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
3. Type the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.
