Join nowI have assisted payroll. I was billed for QB to send out my W2s. It is Feb 1, one day after the IRS deadline for this and NO W2s have been received by employees!!!
WHERE ARE MY W2s?
I tried chatting with support for over 30 minutes. Since that did not work, can someone here tell me?

I understand how crucial it is for your employees to access their tax forms. Let me provide you with some guidance on locating your Form W-2s and direct you to the appropriate support channels to ensure your employees can promptly receive and view their forms.
In QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted, we take care of filing your W-2s for you. Once they're ready, you have the option to either print copies for your employees or have us send them directly to your employees for an additional fee. The forms will be mailed to your employees via USPS between January 16 and January 31, 2024.
Since you mentioned that you have assisted payroll, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to review your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation if necessary.

As I said in my original question, I do have assisted payroll, I did ask them to send out the W2s, I was BILLED for them sending out the W2s and I Did contact support today -- spent 30 minutes on chat with 2 different agents.
My husband has called TWICE to make me an authorized contact, but yet again, they refused to speak with me because I'm not noted there. They said I need paperwork, but they were unable to provide the so-called paperwork that needs to be filed to enable me to speak with support.
I was not asking for personal information, in fact, you just gave me more information on this very public chat, than they would give me on the phone.
My blood pressure doubles every time I need to interact with the support team.
