Where can I send the bill for my 3 hrs 54 min of time wasted on QBO payroll support?

The issue is when calling help you don't actually get to talk to someone who can help.  First you have to convince basically an operator what your issue is and repeated numerous time before they understand.  Then stay on the line while they "chat" with the real tech support.  It should not take four hours and 3 phone calls to get the proper form to complete to get the back end to make a payroll correction that I could have done in 5 minutes or less with QB Desktop.  This why I should be able to bill my time to Intuit.
