Where do i find taxes now

Hi there, jstussy. My main goal is to help view the Taxes menu. I'm here to provide steps to locate it.

The Taxes menu is under the Dashboards columns. Let's scroll up or down to locate it. For visual reference, I've added a screenshot below.

If it isn't showing, can you please share an image of your QuickBooks Online page? It'll help me determine its cause and provide steps to restore it.

One possible cause the Taxes menu is missing could be it has been removed from the list. To bring it back, I suggest customizing the menus. I'll show you how:

1. Click the pencil icon beside the Menu.
2. Scroll down to locate the option, then place a checkmark beside it.
3. You can also reorder the list to decide which items fit the way you work.
4. Once done, hit Save.
   
   

In case it's already checked, the issue could be cache-related. The browser you regularly use stores excessive cache, which can affect the program's performance and functionalities.

To rectify this, I recommend accessing your account via a private window. It doesn't save any browser history to help us verify if this is the exact cause. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, check if Taxes show. If so,  clear the browser's cache. Doing so improves system performance, fixes program problems, and frees storage space. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific problem.
