I've been waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone about the same issue. My employees didn't receive their deposit this morning either.
We are in the same boat. Waiting to speak to someone so I can tell my employees when to expect it today. I really wish QBO would at least send out a notice so we know it's being addressed.
i know when iam late on paying anything in this great world i incur late charges but i guess this is a granted exception.are we supposed just be ok with it.

Since I couldn't get anyone on the phone to find out what was going on, I voided employee direct deposit checks and gave them paper checks. They couldn't wait to see if they were going to get paid today or Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday). Then they had to go to the bank to make deposits. Nice to see that my taxes were taken out, though.
What kind of compensation is going to be given for this inconvenience and what kind of assurance are we going to get to insure this doesn't happen again next week? Also, for any companies that did do this for their employees, how will our tax withdrawals be affected? Are you going to double dip taxes? If so, how will it be corrected? I'd gladly ask all this in person, but I still can't reach a live person.
That's great but we need to have a confirmation that everyone will get their paychecks TODAY. You said it's been processed but I still don't see it hitting the account. Will the employees see their money today?
When this happened before, I issued them another check like you did because we were getting no guidance from QBO on when funds would be seen. I did not void their direct deposits though. I let them hit whenever QBO got their act together but ensured my employees were paid with a live check. They got double paid when the DD finally when through.
I advised my employees that they needed to remember that their 2nd paycheck was an advance and they needed to be responsible as the next paycheck run would be at 0 since they already received it. Since it was an advance, the next paycheck was technically paying back the advance. Hope that makes sense.
Hi,
There's been a delay in the notification when processing the payroll funds. However, there's no actual impact to the money movement, and the funds will be deposited soon.

We appreciate your patience regarding this issue.
I ran my payroll on 8/27 for our employees to be paid today; why is there a delay for them?
