It's my pleasure to help you find your Tasks section, @leyla-hill.
The Tasks section is available in the QuickBooks Online. Since it didn't show up on your end, it's possible you haven't added to the Dashboard. To ensure, let's double-check it.
Here's how:
- In the Dashboards page, select Customize layout.
- Click the Add or remove widgets.
- Tick the Tasks, then select Save.
If the Tasks was ticked then it didn't show up on your end, we can open your account in an incognito mode to see if this has something to do with your browser. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies.
These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
I'll also add this article if you want to run specific reports about the products or services your business offers: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
