When I try to pay one of my contractors it says my access to payroll has been suspended? How can I fix this? Is there someone I can talk to?

Who do I speak to to find out why my payroll access has been suspended?

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company as the primary admin.
  2. Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab and tap the Edit ✎ button next to your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card expiration, billing address, and account name, or click Add New if you wish to use a new one.
  5. Select Credit Card/Debit Card.
  6. Fill in the fields with the correct information.
  7. Once done, tap the Save and use button.
