Why are some payments excluded in 1099

Payments made by credit card or PayPal , for example are excluded. Goods are supposed to be eccluded but that is up to you to do. In the 1099 wizard you have to select which expenses to include for each vendor

It also depends on the account used for those excluded payments you mention, you must use the expense account mapped to the 1099 for them to be counted by QB
