Join nowIt looks like we are all in the same situation and QB is not responding to anyone. From what I am seeing most people have been waiting on hold (myself included) for over two hours. There seems to be a company wide error on QB side and they have not run payroll for any of us even though we all have reports that say it has been completed. This is affecting a large amount of people since QB is one of the largest payroll systems to use for companies. Coming from the banking world, when this happens it typically means that QB did not complete the release of funds or entered in the wrong pull and release times for the funds. Regardless, since this is a Friday, we won't see anything until at least Monday.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
