I tried using your instructions and none of the browsers showed the mileage totals at the top.
Question, is there a file saved on your computer for this? Also, it doesn't show up on my desktop version of QB either.
I had work done on my computer and they replaced my graphics card and updated to Mojave. He cleared the hard drive before adding Mojave so he did a clean install.
Anyway I have attached a screen shot of the QB online screen showing mileage.

Since a private window and clearing the browser cache didn't do the trick, I recommend reaching out to the Support Team. A member of this team will be able to initiate a screen-share to take a look and determine what's causing this issue with the mileage totals. Here's how to contact an agent:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.
