Buy nowOne of my employees is unable to access her account. After she signed up and logged in, the information in her account was for another employee that is no longer with us. I made that employee inactive with the hope I could re-invite my current employee. The option to invite is no longer available as an option on my dashboard. When she attempts to log in, she receives an error code instructing her to contact her administrator. I am the administrator and have no idea how to resolve it. I believe her account needs to be removed and a new account set up but I am unsure how to do this. It bothers me that we have to rely on message boards rather than having live support to resolve problems within their system.
Thank you for participating in the Community space, @Sosezshe. I value the thorough information you provided regarding the employee who is unable to access their Workforce account as well as the actions you took to re-invite them. I'll be happy to direct you to the appropriate support so they can investigate the invitation further.
Since the option to re-invite your employee is not yet available in your dashboard and receives error codes, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check the email invitation and and help you delete-re-invite the employee. To do so follow the steps below:

Kindly post an update here after calling our support. I want to make sure this is taken care of and I'll be right here if you need further help with QuickBooks Workforce. Have a nice day!
Support will not assist me because I am the Payroll Admin on the account and not the primary. The Primary is our CFO and she is far too busy to handle such matters. This is one employee only and I have been attempting to resolve this for several months now with no assistance from QB.
