Workforce saying my employer is not connected to QuickBooks Payroll when trying to access my paystubs

I have been working for the same company for over 2 years that uses QuickBooks and I have never had a problem accessing my pay documents through Workforce until now. Yesterday, I received the usual email from QuickBooks saying my paystub is available for me to view. Upon clicking on the link and signing in I get a message saying that "your employer isn't connected to QuickBooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck." I tried logging in on Chrome with my iPhone, downloading the app, and through Chrome on my windows laptop all with the same result.

Contradictorily, the email I received says "This message was sent to (my email), as an employee of an Intuit customer of QuickBooks Online Payroll."

I have already sat on hold for 30 minutes with QuickBooks support and they told me I need to post my problem here as they are not able to resolve this issue over the phone. I have also tried searching this problem and it seems that it is a fairly common problem that usually gets resolved by technical support on the QuickBooks end.

Workforce saying my employer is not connected to QuickBooks Payroll when trying to access my paystubs

What if it isn't giving my employer the option of sending me another invite?

I am not able to get in my account. I click on the link that is emailed to me saying that my paycheck is available to view and when I click on the link and sign in, i get message saying "We don't have any companies for this account" and it gives me no options. I spoke to my employer and she said that it is not giving her the option to send another invite to me.

i do have a personal intuit account for turbo tax that was set up years ago and I believe they might be crossing each other or something because I have tried everything to log into workforce and still nothing. my employer even tried all he could to get me logged in and nothing.

Can you please assist me so that I can get logged on my account?

thank you
