Reactivate employee on payroll

Hi there, @stevetx

 

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to guide you on how to reactivate your employee in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In the Workers tab from the left menu, select Employees.
  2. Click the Employees list drop-down, then choose Inactive employees
  3. Select the inactive employee, then click the Edit (Pencil) icon in the Employment section.
  4. In the Status drop-down, click Active.
  5. Click Done

 

You can now include this employee on your payroll when creating paychecks.
