Help. I have to meet with a client tomorrow to show her how to remit (for the first time since they converted to QBO and QBO PR) local earned income tax. They have TWO locations. In PA, we remit the local EIT for each business location.
The client is on Core Payroll (they she has to remit the locals manually) and QBO Plus. In the Employee screen / Employment we have the work locations identified for each employee.
What is the best, fastest way to get a report to see how much is owed for each of the two locales?
I run the Payroll tax Liability report and customize for the location. Unfortunately, under PA local tax, it is showing all the locales where employees live (12 for the one location). We just need to remit for where the business is located. Do I have something set up wrong, or is there an easier way to get this other than add up the 12 numbers each time? Thanks.

Good evening, @DS127.
It's great to see you back in the Community. I appreciate you coming here with your question.
With the Payroll Tax Liability report, it will show all the locales due to how the report is designed. The best way to see how much is owed is by adding them all up.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. We're always here to lend a helping hand. Take care!
