Hello @lopezgratis.

I'm here to help make sure you can run payroll properly.

Could you provide me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I'd be happy to assist you today, Darren Kittleson .

I can provide you with easy steps on how you can run payroll via the QuickBooks Online App.

Running payroll from the app is pretty easy, here's how:

  1. From the menu, tap Create Checks.

  2. Tap the desired pay schedule.
  3. Change Pay date and Pay Period as necessary.
    • If a pay date results in a missed deadline for direct deposit, you'll be prompted to log into your account on the web and change the payment method from direct deposit to manual check.
    • For Intuit Full Service Payroll, you can't change the Pay date and Pay Period.
    • Salaried employees will receive pre-calculated pay by default.

  4. Tap the employee(s) you want to add hours or additional pay to.

  5. When you are ready done entering payroll, tap Approve.
  6. Select APPROVE to confirm the action.

If you're using the App for IOS (iPhone or iPad), you can check out this article: Intuit Online Payroll Mobile App: iOS (iPhone/iPad).

That's it!  I'll be here if anything may arise while running payroll via the QuickBooks App. Have a great rest of your day.
