Same day payroll with higher limits

We have been using QBs online payroll for a year. I have requested same day payroll with higher limits ($200k) three times and provide all documents and either get no response or denial with no explanation. Could someone please advise as to the proper procedure for requesting same day payroll with a higher limit?

Thanks.

Same day payroll with higher limits

Hey, @EA2017

It's great to see you back in the Community! Let me point you in the right direction to get resolved and your questions answered.

The best route would be to contact our Customer Support Team so they can review your account to see why you're being denied each time. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a question and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down choose to Get a callback

It's that easy!

Keep us updated on how it goes. I'm only a post away if you need me. Bye for now!

Same day payroll with higher limits

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I have contacted customer support each time with no results. After long periods of time on the phone, I follow the directions they give me each time and either get no response or the denial. Please advise another way.

I would be happy to help you today, @EA2017. I'm here to point you in the right direction to resolve this issue in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

I appreciate you following the steps for requesting direct deposit limits. Making your deposit increase the limit in the Community forum is unavailable in QuickBooks. I suggest contacting our support team one more time. They can view your account in a private environment.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter something like several exported paychecks is now capped to 20 per instance, then select Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can also directly connect to the Chat team: QuickBooks Online Payroll

I'm adding this article for more insights on increasing deposit limits in QuickBooks Online. Please refer to step #3: Request a direct deposit limit increase.
