In QuickBooks Desktop, there is only Send All button to send direct deposit.
To send partial payroll data, you can create separate check by choosing the paycheck you want to send. You can uncheck the paychecks you don't want to include.
Other option is to uncheck the direct deposit option when creating paychecks.
