If you're referring to the employee's hire date, you can still edit it after you've set up payroll. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Payroll menu.
- Select Employees.
- All your employees are listed and you can click on the employee's name you'll want to change the hire date.
- Under the Personal info section, change the Hire date.
- Click Done.
To add a new employee just click the Add an employee button on the Employees page.
