"Something went wrong. We are working on it" WHAT'S GOING ON??

No access to QB online accounts, reports, printing.... nothing.  just keep getting message "Something went wrong.  We are working on it".  
Who is working on it and what is going on?  Anybody know

You might be experiencing some browser issues. The system occasionally behaves strangely when the browser frequently accesses pages that could be due to corrupted cache files. To rectify this, let's perform a few troubleshooting solutions. I suggest using a different browser or a private window. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're now able to access your QuickBooks Online accounts, reports, and printing, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience. If not, use other supported web engines. The current one you're using may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. Utilizing a new browser allows you to get back to working order.

 

However, if you're still getting the same error, I recommend getting in touch with our QBO Support. They can get your account details in a more secure environment and link to the ticket for immediate updates.

  1. Go to Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter your concern in the box and click Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

These solutions did not fix my issue. Still receiving the same message when I log into QB.

I've checked here on my end and found out that there are no reported cases where customers encounter an error message "Something went wrong. We are working on it" when logging in to QuickBooks Online (QBO). In this case, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

I am having the same trouble since yesterday. And it makes me so frustrated.

I am even struggling to click the help button bcs quickbooks keep loading.
