Our engineers are already working on fixing this issue, jecksmith.
As a workaround, we can do some basic troubleshooting steps.
Here's how:
- Open an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache, or temporary internet files in your browser.
- Go to workforce.intuit.com and sign in.
- If there are no errors after logging in, then let's go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This resolves any browser-related problems.
- Alternatively, try using a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari) to see if we get the same situation.
Additionally, you can provide the steps below to your employees:
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
- Sign in using email and password.
- Beside the User ID, click the Edit link (change the user ID into something else other than the email)
- Go back to invitation email, and click the Get access to paychecks button.
- Create an account by entering the full email address and setup the password.
You can also contact our Customer Care Team so we can add your company details to the list of affected users.
Here's how you can reach out to us:
- Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the Help window, select the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- Enter your question and hit the Let's talk button.
- Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
Feel free to leave a comment if you have any additional questions. Thanks.
