Happy Friday, @JP20200117. I'm here to help you get your missing data on the SUI.
The error is usually caused by not having the latest QuickBooks Desktop release and tax table update. After getting the updates, try looking at the information once again. If it doesn't populate, you'll need to verify some information in your account.
If you're still receiving the error, you'll need to verify the following:

I am having the same problem with 2019 QB Enterprise now installed on a new computer. I have done the QB updates, QB Payroll updates and the Windows 10 update. The State SUI e-file spreadsheet has the wages but not the names, social security numbers etc.
What is going on???? I have to run a 127 payroll checks tomorrow and the quarterly payroll reports this week.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

I figured it out - when you create the State SUI in 2019 QB Enterprise on a new computer and start Add-Ins Interview there is an "options" tab at the bottom of one of the screens. I selected that and it said "Force 64-bit encryption". I checked that and then the Excel SUI spreadsheet correctly populated all the fields.I will post this to help others.Thank you.
That is not working for me. I am not on a new computer and am using QB for Accountants.

Did you do a Windows 10 update? I had problems the last time I did a Windows update that stopped pay stubs from being e-mailed to employees. Took an hour on QB support to get that fixed by removing 32bit.dll files. The support staffer that helped me would not say it was a Windows problem that reset it or a QB bug, but he successfully got the program to work correctly again.
This worked for me as well. Thanks!
