To fix this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate why your state withholding was rejected.
Here's how:
1. Click the Help menu.
2. Select the Talk to a human option (you can also type it in the chat box).
3. When asked, enter something like "state withholding payment was rejected."
4. Type or select I still need a human.
5. Click the Get help from a human link, then choose how you want to reach us.
