- Sign in to QuickBooks Time or QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Time, then Overview.
- Select Go to classic QuickBooks Time.
- Click the QuickBooks dropdown, then View Sync log.
Since you've experienced an error where your weekly timesheets are not being recognized, it may be because the billable time feature is disabled. To resolve this, you can simply enable it.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Select the Gear icon.
- Click Accounts and settings.
- Select the Time, then click Timesheet.
- Turn on Allow time to be billable.
- Click Save, then Done.
