Weekly timesheet will not allow me to change weeks

Hello, Community,

I cannot change the week on the weekly timesheet because a window pops up that says "Modifying this timesheet does not update the associated invoice. Do you want to continue?" and whether I press yes or no it just immediately pops right back up, I have to close down the tab and that's the only way to get past that. So i can only view this weeks timesheet. It does not matter which employee I choose as long as it is a current employee. Has anyone run into this?

Upon checking here, we've received similar cases or reports about the error code: "Modifying this timesheet does not update the associated invoice. Do you want to continue?" (INV-112837).

 

If you haven't, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team to add you to the list of affected users and be informed promptly once the issue is resolved. Our product engineers are working diligently to provide a permanent fix so you can get back to business.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a summary of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
