Third Party Sick Pay and NJ-927

We had an employee that was out on disability and we received the Year End Statement to enter into the employee's W-2.   I followed the QB instructions on setting this up.

 

The 941 and W2's amount are in agreement.  However, now the NJ 927 wages amount is slightly under due to the fact that State Disability Wages are not subject to NJ State Income Tax. 

 

Am I correct that the NJ927 and the 941 should not match?
