Transfer Will notmatch

Thanks for posting in the Community, @grjohnson. I'd be glad to help with matching transactions. 

Just to clarify, does the transaction that you're trying to match to appear when selecting Find match? Here's how you can check:

1. Select Banking on the left navigation menu and choose Banking. 
2. Click on the transaction.
3. Select Find match.
4. Scroll down to see if the transaction appears.

Should the transfer not appear on this screen, I'd recommend confirming that it's not been reconciled or matched to another transaction. You can do this by selecting Go to Register on the Banking screen and scrolling down to see if the transaction has an R or two Green squares in the Reconcile column. An R signifies that the transaction has been reconciled, while the Green squares mean that a transaction has a matched transaction from the Banking feed, both of which will prevent matching.
