Hi, I am not able to login into my account. It's been a while and now checking my emails...I realized I got an email in Feb that I have 30 days before I loose the data if I don't update my credit card information. As I just got a query from IRS I tried to login I realized that I cannot access. How can I login?
QuickBooks Online will automatically delete your data after a year you cancelled your account. This is the most possible reason why you can no longer log in.
You'll want to reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can check and verify it. We're unable to pull up your information in QuickBooks Community.
You can click this link instead since you can't log in to your account: Contact Us. Select QuickBooks Online, click on Account Management, then Manage Subscription. You'll see the Start a Message button.
