I recently updated to the Accountant's version and have been able to open all clients' company files with the same password as I did on the prior version, except for one client. I get a message that I'm using an incorrect password when it's never been different for this client in the past.

In case you don't have the full version of QBDT installed on your server. This means you only have Database Server Manager on your server computer. Follow the steps to scan the folder holding your company file.
