Use weekly timesheet

I can provide some insight into weekly timesheets within your QuickBooks Desktop account. At this time, there isn't a way to only have the Employees option in the drop-down, rather then both Employees and Vendors. However, you can create a report that only shows Employees by customizing it. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports menu. 
2. Hover over Time and Mileage and then pick Time by Name. 
3. Select the Customize Report tab. 
4. Make your selections. 
5. Press OK to apply. 
6. Choose OK on the next window to save your changes.
