Buy nowOur fiscal year does not align with the calendar. We need to set an expiration for accured sick and vacation time for July 1 annually. I can not find any setting or option for it anywhere within Quickbooks Online Payroll. Where can this be set?

Currently, we're unable to set an expiration date for paid time off accruals in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, I recommend searching for a compatible third-party application that helps accomplish this task.

Yes, Intuit does too. So much so that Intuit added this option to QuickBooks Desktop over 20 years ago. I guess this is just another of the many ways Desktop is better than Online. There's so many, it's hard to keep track...
