Allow me to share some details where you can get the validation code to install the QuickBooks Desktop program. There are three ways on how to get the validation code. You can get it through an email, CAMPs, or by contacting our Customer Care Team. 

You'll want to check if you received an email with the validation code from our support the first time you installed it on your old device. You can retrieve it from there. 

1. You can also login to your CAMPs to see if you have it registered. Here's how: 
2. Go to CAMPs and log in using the credentials connected to your product. 
3. Select your version under Products & Services. 
4. Choose Details, and look for the validation code. 

Another way is by contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. They can pull up your account and provide you the validation code specific for you. Open your QuickBooks and press F1 or you can also follow these steps:

1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) as the product, then click the Continue.
3. Select the version. Enter "Install QBDT" as the topic, then select Continue. 
4. Choose how you want to be assisted if it's either through messaging or a callback.

Your version is too old and I am not sure they will generate the code for you. You may chat Support to make sure. Consider to upgrade your version. You can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2020 or 2021 to lower your cost.

If you already registered your QuickBooks software with Intuit, you can retrieve your validation code by logging into your Intuit account on the CAMPs website and kindly follow these steps:

1. Go to CAMPs and log in using the credentials connected to your product. 
2. Find and select your version under Products & Services. 
3. Choose Details, and complete the necessary steps to retrieve your validation code.

However, if you haven't registered yet or have trouble getting your code, it's best to contact our Customer Care Team and provide them with your details so they can search your account in the system and provide your validation code.
