WA PFML rate is wrong and quickbooks won't fix

WA PFML rate is 0.6% for 2022. The employee portion of this is 73.22% (so employees should pay about 0.44% of their paychecks for this tax: 0.6%*73.22% = approx. 0.44%). But (a) quickbooks shows .7322% as the option in the dropdown menu in the options for this tax, which is nonsense, and (b) the actual amount being calculated is totally crazy, something closer to 40% instead of .44%.
I've spoken with quickbooks customer support 10 times in 2 weeks. I convince the customer support person quickbooks is wrong but then they talk to the tax people and come back to tell me it's correct! They will not let me talk to anyone who can actually change the rate or make any correction. It's been "escalated" several times to no avail. Any ideas?

WA PFML rate is wrong and quickbooks won't fix

Just be aware that 2023 taxes are wrong now too. I spent over an hour today with customer service and got nowhere. It appears that they are using 2022 rates even though they’ve been updated (and are labeled correctly).

seems taxes are correct for us finally, using 2023 rates

in qbo settings it still says "Employee: 72.76%, Employer: 0% since 01/01/2023"

which is wrong of course (should be 72.76% * 0.8%, math is apparently not quickbooks' strength)

but pfml reporting worksheet does have roughly the right about (72.76% * 0.8% = 0.582%), and paychecks are withholding the correct amount as well

of course quickbooks still thinks we owe pfml for 2021 even though we don't, there's no way to get rid of it, and it's messing up the books a bit. after waiting weeks for a resolution that they promised they just marked the issue "solved" making it impossible for me to continue trying to resolve
