There are no software updates, Dan-brown. Let me help you sort this out.

It may be the columns are unchecked. That's why you're unable to see the payroll info. We'll check it out. Here's how:

  1. Click Payroll.
  2. Go to the Employees tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon next to the Add an employee button.
  4. Check the boxes of the columns that you want to see.

If it's all checked, though, and you're still unable to see any payroll info, you may be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll perform the basic steps to fix this. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can see the payroll info using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program.

Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

Feel free to get back to this thread if you need more help. We'll reply as soon as we can. Take care!

Apparently our accountant somehow switched all of us over to accountant's view. She is working at undoing this error.

Thank you for your help!
