We had T-sheets which changed to QBTime. We have 6 active employees. It now shows 18 current, it loaded in all our sub-contractors as active employees. Do not want

OQT is pulling not just employees but sub contractors also. I do not want to enter time of subs, just employees

Same!  I don't want to see the subcontractors here.

Hello @lswhitney and @DragonPark.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding contractors populating your employee list. The payroll bundle is in fact working as designed.

There are some options for you:

  1. Mark the vendor(s) as inactive in QuickBooks, which will archive them in TSheets.
  2. In QuickBooks, navigate to Expenses > Vendors > (locate Vendor) > uncheck "track payments for 1099." This will archive the vendor in TSheets as it will no longer be treated in QuickBooks as a 1099 Contractor.
  3. In My Team, you can filter out Vendors if you prefer not to have to scroll past them. (You can filter by Employees, QBO Users, or by TSheets permission level as well).

We have been receiving feedback about removing vendors from accounts. I recommend reaching out to our Development Team. We have notified them, however, what will help get this some traction is for them to hear directly from the customer. Here's an article walking you through how to do this: Submit feedback to QuickBooks Time.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about the contractors and employee lists, or anything else. I’m here to help in any way.
