Here's how you can contact them for support:

  1. Visit this page: Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Under the What do you need help with? section, select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Hit the Ask a question button.
  4. Sign in using your Intuit Developer credentials. If you don't have any, tap Create Account.
  5. Type in your question, then press Ask.

You can also view this page from Intuit Developer: Webhooks. This contains steps on how you can configure them, as well as a list of best practices.
